DELIVERY

We use Chronopost services to deliver your orders.

As soon as your package is ready to go, we will send you an email to inform you of its shipment.

The average delivery time for Chronopost is:

• 1 to 2 days for delivery in Metropolitan France ;
• 8 to 10 days for Corsica, overseas departments or foreign countries.

For delivery to a Pickup point, the choice of the collection point is made after payment.

Using the tracking number we send you by email, you can follow the progress of your order through the network by logging in to thechronopost.fr website.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You can get an estimate by viewing your shopping cart.

Shipping costs for Metropolitan France are free for purchases over € 250 .

Attention : For deliveries to overseas departments or abroad, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

From the date of receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return any products that do not suit you.

Items must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels attached.

Products must be new, unworn, and clean. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 15 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method used for the order.

Procedure

Thank you for submitting your return request; here is the procedure:

• Log in to your customer account
• Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.
• If your order contains more than one item, select the ones you wish to return.
• Select a reason for return and add a note for the store.
• Click on Request a Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
