DELIVERY

We use the services of Chronopost to deliver your orders.

As soon as your package is ready to leave, we will send you an email to inform you of its shipment.

The average delivery time for Chronopost is:

• 48 hours for delivery in Metropolitan France ;
• 8 to 10 days for Corsica, overseas departments or foreign countries.

For delivery to a Pickup relay, the choice of relay point is made after payment.

Using the parcel number that we send you by email, you can track the progress of your order in the network by connecting to the chronopost.fr website.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You can estimate by viewing your cart.

Shipping costs for Metropolitan France are free for purchases over € 250 .

Attention : for deliveries to overseas departments or abroad, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

From the receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return any products that do not suit you.

Items must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels.

Products must be new, unworn and unsoiled. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be made within 15 days of receipt of your return to the payment method used to place the order.

Procedure

Please submit your return request to us, here is the procedure:

Log in to your customer account

Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.

If your order includes more than one item, select the ones you wish to return.

Select a return reason and add a note to the store.

Click Request a Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Return costs are your responsibility.
